Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If your cancellation or rescheduling falls within 24 hours of your appointment time and is due to reasons other than a genuine, communicable illness, a cancellation fee of 100% of your full session will apply. For no call/no shows, a fee of 100% of your full session will apply. Non-payment of fees that you owe in accordance with this policy will result in your no longer being able to book with me. This policy helps protect my time and my schedule, AND it applies in reverse; if I ever need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice for reasons other than genuine, communicable illness, your next session will be free of charge. Because I respect your time, too!
Q: It’s my appointment day, but I’m feeling unwell. Should I cancel my appointment?
A: If you are feeling unwell, please don’t attend your appointment. Please DO get in touch ASAP to let me know, and we can reschedule your appointment.
Q: Should I arrive early for my appointment?
A: Yes. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the intake forms. If you are a returning client, please arrive five minutes early so that your session can start on time.
Q: What if I am late in getting to my appointment?
A: If you, the client, are running late, please call to advise me. You will receive the remainder of your massage time when you arrive, but I most likely will not be able to give you the full amount of hands-on time that you initially booked, as there is usually another appointment after yours.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, and remote payment via SumUp invoice, or you can purchase an online gift card at https://giftcard.sumup.io/order/GC5WSVO/shyami-nazzaro .
Q: What is your tipping policy?
A: Tips are never expected or required. If you really loved your massage, why not submit a Google review to let others know, and/or email me a testimonial at shyaminazzaro.massage@gmail.com (and let me know if I have your permission to put it on my website with either your first name or initial).
Q: Where should I park?
A: Please park in Brighton Square. Metered parking is contactless and coin operated, and is €1.20 per hour.
Q: Is your practice LGBTQIA+ friendly?
A: Yes, absolutely!
Q: What sort of draping do you use?
A: I use crisp, cotton sheets and a warm fleece blanket. You are covered the entire time apart from the area being treated.
